Jazoon'09 takes place in the Arena Filmcity cinema complex offering large presenting screens and very comfortable seats.

The conference features its own stations for S-Bahn, tram and busses. Travel time from the city center is less than 10 minutes.

Birds-of-a-feather sessions (BOFs) are an ideal form for an open but structured dialogue and exchange of experiences. At Jazoon or before, every participant will still have the oportunity to suggest topics that should be addressed. Duration: approx. 90 minutes

Where do I get my conference badge?

To get your conference badge, please print out the registration confirmation and bring it to the Info Desk. You will then get a welcome package and your badge.

When will I be informed if my submission is accepted or not?

Everyone who has submitted a talk will be informed at the end of March 2009 if his abstract has been accepted or not. At the same time the preliminary conference program will be announced.
